RETURN POLICY FOR PARTS:

 

For standard returns, refunds or exchanges:

• Accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase, less shipping cost. 

• Original receipt, along with packing slip is required and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

• There will be a 20% restocking fee unless JK Classic Buggies sent the incorrect item.

Final sale items:

• Special order items

• Electrical items

• Installed carburetors

Some items may be refused for refunds/returns/exchanges:

• Items installed that cannot be re-sold

• Damaged items due to installation errors or altered parts

• Missing parts or pieces from original order

WARRANTY RETURNS WITH EMPI:​

 EMPI warrants our products to be free of defects in workmanship or materials, provided the product was not damaged by alteration, improper application or neglect, for a period of 24 months after purchase.  EMPI’s liability is limited to replacement of the merchandise or the invoice value of material claimed to be defective and proven to be warrantable.  In all warrantable events; roadside assistance, towing, labor or any other associated costs are not included and will not be reimbursed by EMPI Inc.  EMPI does not warranty the legality of its products, which do not comply with Local, State, or Federal Laws. Certain products are noted “Off-Road Use Only”. We recommend that you check local regulations prior to ordering or installation.
